Why Boring?
At Boring Capital Partners, our real estate journey began over a decade ago, though our company itself is a more recent venture. Juggling full-time gigs and growing families, we fell in love with real estate as an opportunity to build something tangible and create tax-advantaged, passive income streams that gave us more control over our time. Since then, we’ve hammered nails, hung drywall, tiled bathrooms, fixed plumbing, leased properties, raised capital, and invested in everything from small, single-family flips to large, multi-family development deals.
We have experience but we don’t claim to know it all. We’re the real-ationship experts (sorry, not sorry). That’s why we take a different approach:
We’re a fund of funds. That means we spend our time building partnerships with seasoned pros, gaining access to the best deals, analyzing hundreds of potential opportunities, helping investors ask the right questions, and using our scale to negotiate preferred returns for our limited partners.

What started out as an opportunity to buy my time back and build generational wealth for my family has become my passion. I co-founded Boring Capital Partners to bring the magic of real estate investing to other busy professionals and their families. Outside of investing, you will often find me at the beach with my family or out on the golf course.

I started in real estate in 2016 by converting a detached garage into a SFR unit so my wife could stay home with our two children. Since then, we have continued to build wealth through real estate by remodeling, house-hacking, and self-managing our own portfolio of single-family investment properties. By day, I’m a Finance & Operations software executive but my passion is helping busy professionals who don’t have the time, find and passively invest in real estate.
